Just because 2 stars is an eyesore
CHS Administration consistently spends money on optics or salaries instead of worth wild things like,lowering the drop out rate in the CHS high school,raising the college enrollment,raising the reading and math scores of students K-6,or maybe slowing down the Big Yellow NASCAR drivers around town.
It would take entirely too long.
If I were to advise other parents.. Travel to a different district, homeschool.
Education system sucks. I know adults who have gotten through with barely knowing how to read.
